Operating Controls
- Default deny for privileged actions.
- Least privilege for agents, users, tools, and customer scopes.
- Independent audit evidence for material actions.
- Human approval for external customer actions, production changes, DNS, email authentication, banking, and security control changes.
Public Launch Requirements
- HTTPS enforced.
- DMARC present.
- SPF and DKIM preserved.
- Ordinary legitimate visitors are not blocked by challenge or parking behavior.
- Contact, privacy, and legal pages remain reachable on mobile and desktop.
